Cookies ‘n Cream Ice Cream Pie

Cookies ‘n Cream Ice Cream Pie

Cookies and cream is just one of those flavor combos that we seem to never get enough of! Giving me a glass of milk and a package of Oreos is sadly a very dangerous thing. I swear I’m 3 Oreos in and I look down and half the package is gone… On top of that, my love for ice cream is even stronger! So this Cookies ‘n Cream Ice Cream Pie is especially dangerous to have around the house!

I originally came up with this ice cream pie idea for a girl on my team at work. We were going to have a food day for her birthday and she looooooves cookies and cream ice cream. This ice cream pie was the perfect way to dress up her favorite dessert and she absolutely loved it!

It is seriously the easiest pie you can make! It only has 4 ingredients and the main ingredient is your favorite cookies ‘n cream ice cream! It’s like having an oreo on steroids. You get the creamy cookies ‘n cream ice cream sandwiched between an oreo crust, whipped cream, oreos, and MORE oreo crumbs.

Don’t let its simplicity fool you, it’s delicious. The hardest part about this pie is deciding whether to eat it with a spoon or a fork. But either way you go, you will be happy you had some!

By:

Ingredients
  • 1 Premade Oreo Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup of mini Oreos (you can really use whatever size Oreos you want!)
  • 1 Quart of your favorite Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream
  • 1 Can of whipped cream
Directions
  • Step 1 Take your cookies n cream ice cream out of the freezer and set it on the counter so it can soften up for a few minutes.
  • Step 2 Grab a handful of your Oreos, place them in a ziploc bag, and crush them using a rolling pin. Set the Oreo crumbs aside.
  • Step 3 Take the lid off of your pie crust and begin scooping the ice cream into the pie crust. The ice cream should be soft enough for you to spread it evenly using a spoon. Continue filling the pie with ice cream until you are just short of the top of the crust.
  • Step 4 Pipe little dollops of whipped cream around the edges of the pie. Don’t worry if your whipped cream circles aren’t perfect, the crushed Oreo crumbs will help conceal it!
  • Step 5 Take your mini Oreos and place one in the center of each dollop of whipped cream.
  • Step 6 Garnish each of the whipped cream dollops with the Oreo crumbs you set aside earlier.
  • Step 7 And you’re done! Place the lid back on your ice cream pie and chill it in the freezer until you are ready to serve the pie!
