Did someone say pumpkin pie and booze? Two wonderful things that are right up my alley. This magnificent concoction came from my again, obsession with all things pumpkin and of course, my love for spiking things with alcohol. Who knew you could take pumpkin pie to a whole new level?
And just look at how cute it is!
If you didn’t already know, I have a love for some Rumchata. If you haven’t ever tried it, you need to. It’s creamy, rummy, and cinnamony. In other words, it’s perfection. It is one of those tastes that takes me straight to fall and winter time. So of course I used it in this Pumpkin Pie Shot recipe. Give this recipe a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Pumpkin Pie Shot
The perfect combination of Pumpkin Pie and Booze in a simple shot!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Shot of Pumpkin Pie Liqueur (I used Jack Daniels Pumpkin)
- 1/2 Shot of Rumchata
- Dollop of Whipped Cream
- Sprinkle of Pumpkin Spice
- Optional: Graham Cracker crumbs to garnish the shot glass
Directions
- Step 1 Add Pumpkin Pie Liqueur and Rumchata to a Shaker Glass and shake slightly to combine.
- Step 2 If you are going to garnish the shot glass with graham cracker crumbs then do so before the next step! It does add some extra authenticity to the pumpkin pie shot! (I used a teency bit of maple syrup to get the graham cracker to stick – it was extra yummy!)
- Step 3 Pour your alcohol mixture into the shot glass.
- Step 4 Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
- Step 5 Down the hatch it goes! Enjoy!
